Delete your PeninsuLawyers account
This page is for the PeninsuLawyers app and the PeninsuLawyers client portal (portal.peninsulawyers.com). Both use the same account, so one request covers both.

Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your PeninsuLawyers account at any time.
What we delete: your account — your sign-in to the PeninsuLawyers app and to the client portal, the notification tokens of your devices, and your notification settings. You will no longer be able to sign in.
What we keep: your case file — your name and contact details as they appear in it, documents, messages with your attorneys, deadlines, invoices and tax receipts (CFDI). Mexican law and our professional duties require us to keep them. While your matter is open, we use them only to represent you. When it closes, they are blocked: used for nothing else and seen by no one outside the firm, except an authority that requires them by law, and deleted 10 years later. We also keep a record of this request.
If your matter is still open, deleting your account does not end our representation. We will keep in touch by email.
We handle this request under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP): we delete your account within 20 business days and email you when it is done. Questions: privacy@peninsulawyers.com.

Eliminar tu cuenta
Puedes pedirnos que eliminemos tu cuenta de PeninsuLawyers en cualquier momento.
Qué eliminamos: tu cuenta: tu acceso a la app de PeninsuLawyers y al portal de clientes, los tokens de notificaciones de tus dispositivos y tus preferencias de notificación. Ya no podrás iniciar sesión.
Qué conservamos: tu expediente —tu nombre y datos de contacto tal como constan en él, documentos, mensajes con tus abogados, plazos, facturas y comprobantes fiscales (CFDI)—. La ley mexicana y nuestras obligaciones profesionales nos exigen conservarlos. Mientras tu asunto siga abierto, los usamos sólo para representarte. Cuando concluya, quedan bloqueados: no se usan para nada más ni los ve nadie fuera del despacho, salvo una autoridad que lo requiera conforme a la ley, y se eliminan 10 años después. También conservamos el registro de esta solicitud.
Si tu asunto sigue abierto, eliminar tu cuenta no termina nuestra representación. Seguiremos en contacto por correo.
Atendemos esta solicitud conforme a la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP): eliminamos tu cuenta dentro de 20 días hábiles y te avisamos por correo cuando esté hecho. Dudas: privacy@peninsulawyers.com.

Three ways to ask
- In the PeninsuLawyers app: sign in, tap Delete account (next to Sign out, at the foot of the Matters tab), then Request account deletion.
- In the client portal (portal.peninsulawyers.com): sign in, open Profile and use Request account deletion at the bottom of the page.
- Here, without signing in: fill in the form below.
Tres formas de pedirlo

- En el portal de clientes (portal.peninsulawyers.com): inicia sesión, abre tu Perfil y usa Solicitar eliminación de la cuenta, al final de la página.
