About the firm

A Mexican law firm built for foreign buyers — and nothing else.

We are not a general practice that happens to do real-estate work. We don't handle corporate matters, family law, or developer representation. We do one thing, and we do it with singular focus.

Our mission

Turn uncertainty into legal clarity. Turn vulnerability into leverage.

Foreign real-estate buyers in Mexico face a structurally uneven playing field. Contracts are in Spanish. Local law varies by state. Many attorneys recommended by developers work, directly or indirectly, for the developers. The consumer protection mechanisms exist, but they are rarely explained clearly to cross-border buyers until it's too late.

Our mission is simple: stand on the other side of that imbalance. Represent the foreign buyer, independently, with the same rigor and strategic sophistication that developers apply from their side. Arrive early enough to prevent disputes — or, when disputes arrive, resolve them with speed and recovery.

This is not a marketing position. It's the firm's operating model. We take zero commissions from developers, brokers, or closing agents. Our only client is you.

What we stand for

Six principles that shape every matter we take.

Not corporate values pinned to a wall — operational principles that determine whether we accept a case, how we approach it, and what we deliver.

Independence

We take zero commissions from developers, brokers, or closing agents. Our only client is you.

Strategic escalation

Negotiation first. Conciliation when needed. Litigation when nothing else works. We choose the level that protects your interests.

Cross-border fluency

Every document, every call, every filing — delivered in English or Spanish. Bilingual by design, not as an afterthought.

Transparent communication

Fixed fees where possible, clear timelines, frank assessments. No surprises. Ever.

Yucatán expertise

Thirteen years of case law, developer intelligence, and court-by-court patterns across the Peninsula — knowledge that doesn't transfer from other regions.

Accountability to outcomes

Our reputation is built on recovery — not billable hours. If we take your case, we believe we can win.
